Brass Hollow Rods

Brass hollow rods offers significant economic advantages, by way of removing the need for drilling operations, and very often the boring out of the parts.

Numerous applications, and in particular for the making of taps and valves (plumbing-heating industry), use many components that require the boring out of parts.

Industrial Application :-
Widely uses in automobile industry for synchronizer range and bearing cage and brass retainer.

CW713 High Tensile Brass

CW713R is a high tensile brass which is alloyed with aluminum, manganese and silicon etc. whichmakes this alloy almost as hard as aluminum bronze, but considerably easier to process. CW713R also has good corrosion, wear resistance and machinability.

Typically this alloy is used in the automotive and hydraulic industries in forms of products such as Bearings for high load, slide-& wear-plates, valve guides, piston parts etc.
